Each letter is shifted forward or backward by a fixed number of positions in the alphabet (e.g., +1: CAT becomes DBU).
In coding-decoding, what is the alphabet position value of A, M, and Z?
A = 1, M = 13, Z = 26.
What is the "opposite letter" (EJOTY-style reverse) of A and of B in the alphabet?
A pairs with Z, B pairs with Y (sum of positions = 27). This is reverse/complement coding.
