Which cardiac conditions warrant antibiotic prophylaxis before high-risk dental procedures?
Prosthetic heart valves (including TAVR) or prosthetic material for repair; prior infective endocarditis; unrepaired cyanotic congenital heart disease (or repaired with residual defects); and cardiac transplant recipients with valvulopathy.
